1 Introduction & Acceptance

2.3 Restricted Regions

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any collected bonuses or winnings may be forfeited. The same rule applies to multiple accounts operated from the same household or the same device.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Any incorrect or false information in your name, date of birth, mobile number, or address will be considered a violation of the Terms. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing account details with third parties or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Bank transfers may take somewhat longer. Each withdrawal request is reviewed in sequence, and additional verification may be required if unusual activity is detected.

4.4 Ownership of Funds

Deposited funds must be your own and come from a legitimate source. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited. 3dbet reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

3dbet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Guidelines

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• 3dbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

5.4 VIP Program

3dbet's VIP program has four tiers. Tier progression is based on regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6 Fair Play Policy

6.1 Integrity & Transparency

All games on 3dbet are operated using a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). We arrange regular third-party audits to ensure fair play. No one has any ability to interfere with or alter the outcome of any game.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any transaction or bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error or failure in a game or system, 3dbet reserves the right to void that bet and return the original stake. Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error may be cancelled.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3dbet:

• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools in games or the betting system.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures or hacking attempts.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour towards other players or staff.
• Coordinated betting that places the system at a disadvantage.
• Operating an account with false information or identity fraud.

In cases of such activities, the account will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 3dbet

3dbet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, any bonus that has not met the applicable bonus conditions will be cancelled. Any remaining valid funds will be returned.
